The suspension design for the Tommy Kaira M20b 2.2 has been completed.
The base coilover kit is made by HKS and has already been ordered.

The Sway bars are made by Carosse and arrived at my house.
Special changes compared to the standard are
1) Add thrust bearings to the spring mounts to release stress from stroke and stabilize the rate
2) Change the rear main springs to improve traction
3) Add special springs to create a twin spring system to reduce understeer on corner approaches to the corner apex
I will be ordering additional rear main springs and special springs for the twin spring system.
The twin spring system provides excellent traction and cornering performance.
The rear springs to be replaced will be made by Hypercoil, a US company
The new sway bars are stronger and more responsive on the race track.
Front side is 136%
and the rear side is 3-stage adjustable, 135/148/185% of the stock ratio.
